Do I get to see a sample before you print my order?
Yes, we offer a pre-production proof for your approval before we begin printing. You can request digital proof via email, or a physical proof can be mailed to you (additional charges may apply for physical proofs). Production will not begin until we have received your approval of the proof. Please note that we require your design or artwork before we can create a proof.
How do I get my T-shirts once they’re printed?
You can pick up your completed order from our location in Lusaka at 1 Katima Mulilo Rd, SunShare Tower. We can also arrange for delivery to you within Lusaka. Please inquire about delivery costs and options when placing your order.
Can I add to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you can usually add items to your order. However, it’s best to let us know as soon as possible, as adding items may affect production timelines and costs. Once production has begun, it may be difficult or impossible to make changes.
What are your payment terms?
We typically require a 70% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 30% due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, bank transfer, mobile money. Contact us if you have any questions about payment options.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not have a strict minimum order quantity for most items. However, please be aware that smaller orders may have a higher per-unit cost due to setup fees and production processes. We are happy to provide quotes for any order size.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
For best results, we prefer vector artwork files in formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF. These files can be scaled without loss of quality. We can also work with high-resolution raster images (PNG, JPG, TIFF) at 300 dpi or higher. If you are unsure about your artwork format, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for most orders is 5 business days from proof approval and deposit. However, turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of the project, order size, and current production schedule. We will provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee; please inquire about availability.
